THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT AGREEMENT DESCRIBES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN WHICH MARKETING CONCEPTS LTD. OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO GETRAKE.COM SERVICES.

BY SIGNING UP AS A GETRAKE MEMBER YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. GetRake is only a referral of websites selling products or services hereinafter referred to as “Partners”. GetRake take no responsibility concerning your accounts or relationship with our partners.
   
   
2. Getrake.com is meant to be a community for poker players and gamblers. One of our goals is to provide traffic for our partners. By producing such traffic GetRake will receive commission. We choose to share such commission fairly with our community members contributing to such commission in various ways.
   
   
3. It is important to note that several partners don’t accept multiple accounts. Therefore we advice our members only to open new accounts on partners in which they haven’t registered previously. GetRake wont take any responsibility if any of your accounts is closed (regardless reason)
   (Some of our partners accept termination of an account in order to register a new account. Email partner support and explain your request). You can also ask for advice in our forums.
   
   
4. As a member you need to have your cookies turned on from the time you use one of our partner links until you have opened the account. Cookie-based technology is a reality that is necessary for consumer tracking for individual Internet e-businesses. A large majority of users have their cookies enabled on their browser. In the highly unlikely situation where a customer has cookies disabled, the customer is out of the range of tracking and sales that occur cannot be tracked.

5. Usually when you sign up at a new GetRake partner you use a link from our partner section. Do not use any bonus codes when signing up your new accounts if not specified in our partner profile.

6. Each member is responsible themselves of reading terms and conditions for each of our partners they wish to open an account with, and follow their rules. (Including age restrictions). GetRake take no responsibility of account closure, tax or any other circumstances regarding your accounts.
   
   
7. You cannot be your own sponsor to receive sponsor bonus for your own activity. If we discover any fraud in this you risk loosing all your commissions.
   
   
8. GetRake take no responsibility for tax on your commission. This is your own responsibility according to the laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
   
   
9. GetRake.com host several forums for discussions. Interesting and useful posts in these forums will be awarded. GetRake hold no guarantee of the contents in these forums. However our forum moderators monitoring the forums will delete any course, indelicate and unnecessary posts. Members responsible for such content on our forums on numerous occasions may have their forum rights frozen or terminated.
   
   
10. It is illegal to promote any competitive concepts, websites or agreements through GetRake.com. Violation of this rule may result in block of forum rights or in worst case termination of your rights to receive commission from GetRake.com
    
    
11. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
    
    
12. There are no guarantees on stipulated payout dates or amounts.
    Bonus offers may expire or change without our notification.
    Membership is free.
